30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If any product does not satisfy your needs, or if the product arrives damaged, it may be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a full product refund less return shipping. Before sending your item back, email us at info@suppliesplustore.com for your Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition and include all instructions, and the invoice or packing slip. If the returned merchandise does not meet these conditions, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied to your refund amount.
Chemicals, Lubricants, Hazardous Material are not returnable.
Return of products that are defective due to manufacturing have 30 days from the date of purchase to be exchange, after that time please contact the manufacturer – consult us for help, if needed.
Returns received at Supplies Plus without an RA number, may be assessed a 15% processing fee that will be deducted from any credit due. Return Shipping fee will be deducted from the amount credited. in Case the return is for a factory defective item, a full diagnostic will be done to assess a full refund or extra charges up to 35% of the order will be apply.
Orders received before 11:00AM EST will ship the same day. If product ordered is out-stock or back-order, the previous rule does not apply. Orders received after 11:00AM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are processed Monday – Friday.
Orders placed after 11:00AM EST Friday will ship the following Monday, including holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Supplies Plus or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Orders Less Than $99
A $8.50 Standard shipping fee is charged, on orders totaling less than $50 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States.
Orders of $99+
No shipping and handling are charged for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates will apply for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied.
Supplies Plus only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders to international destinations will not be processed. Supplies Plus does not ship to PO Box addresses.
What products are classified as HAZMAT?
HAZMAT products are broken into nine classes, ranging from the most extreme materials like explosives, gases, toxic materials, and radioactive materials to more seemingly minor products like hair spray, liquor, and nail polish that still pose a shipping and handling risk. Each of these classes has a specific sub class that also provides more details on the classification.
Class 1: Explosives
As the name implies, these are products likely to explode under certain conditions.
- Division 1.1: Explosives with a mass explosion hazard
- Division 1.2: Explosives with a projection hazard
- Division 1.3: Explosives with predominantly a fire hazard
- Division 1.4: Explosives with no significant blast hazard
- Division 1.5: Very insensitive explosives
- Division 1.6: Extremely insensitive explosive articles
Examples of Class 1 HAZMAT products include ammunition, gun powder, fireworks, airbag inflators, and seat belt pretensioners.
Class 2: Gases
These are products that contain gases that are dangerous when inhaled or when they make contact with a surface.
- Division 2.1: Flammable gases
- Division 2.2: Non-flammable gases
- Division 2.3: Poison gases
- Division 2.4: Corrosive gases
Examples of Class 2 HAZMAT products include aerosols (spray paint, household cleaners, bathroom sprays, and spray cosmetics such as hair care products, deodorants, and perfumes), propane tanks, lighters, pepper spray, scuba tanks, self-inflating rafts, and fire extinguishers.
Class 3: Flammable liquids
These are liquids that will ignite when making contact with fire.
- Division 3.1: Flashpoint below -18°C (0°F)
- Division 3.2: Flashpoint below -18°C and above, but less than 23°C (73°F)
- Division 3.3: Flashpoint 23°C and up to 61°C (141°F)
Examples of Class 3 HAZMAT products include gasoline, nail polish, lighter refills, oil-based paints, paint thinner, and varnish.
Class 4: Flammable solids
Products that will ignite when making contact with fire fall into this category.
- Division 4.1: Flammable solids
- Division 4.2: Spontaneously combustible materials
- Division 4.3: Materials that are dangerous when wet
Examples of Class 4 HAZMAT products include matches, sulfur, coal, fish oil, potassium, sodium, and sodium batteries.
Class 5: Oxidizers/organic peroxides
These are chemicals that readily yield oxygen in reactions, thereby causing or enhancing combustion.
- Division 5.1: Oxidizers
- Division 5.2: Organic peroxides
Examples of Class 5 HAZMAT products include ammonium nitrate fertilizers, bleach, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, and sodium nitrate.
Class 6: Toxic and infectious substances
In this class are substances that can cause death, serious injury, or harm to humans if inhaled or swallowed. Infectious substances are known to carry pathogens (bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.).
- Division 6.1: Poisonous materials
- Division 6.2: Etiologic (infectious) materials
Examples of Class 6 HAZMAT products include biomedical waste (e.g., blood samples and used needles), arsenic, pesticides, and nicotine.
Class 7: Radioactive material
This is any material or combination of materials that spontaneously gives off ionizing radiation. It has a specific activity greater than 0.002 microcuries per gram.
Examples of Class 7 HAZMAT products include medical isotopes, radioactive medicines, isotopes used in research (Carbon-14, etc.), X-ray machines, and depleted uranium.
Class 8: Corrosives
A corrosive is a material, liquid, or solid that causes visible destruction or irreversible alteration to human skin or a liquid that has a severe corrosion rate on steel or aluminum.
Examples of Class 8 HAZMAT products include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, wet and NiCad batteries, drain cleaner, paint and paint stripper, and mercury thermometers and barometers.
Class 9: Miscellaneous hazardous materials
Products in this class include materials that present a hazard during transport but are not included in another hazardous freight classification.
Examples of Class 9 HAZMAT products include dry ice, lithium-ion batteries, vehicles, and first-aid kits.

How Much Does It Cost to Ship Hazardous Materials?
You pay a hazmat fee to cover extra handling and time costs whenever you’re shipping hazardous materials. You’ll also face different fees for shipping hazardous materials depending on your courier and the number of packages.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Supplies Plus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Supplies Plus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Supplies Plus shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Availability is broken down into three different status messages. Shipping time is determined by the shipping method you selected when you submitted your order.

Returns for orders being shipped back require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. To obtain an RMA Number, contact Customer Service csr@suppliesplustore.com

- After the Customer Support Representative has receive the necessary information, we will process and provide you with an RMA Number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number.
After you have obtained your RMA Number, follow the appropriate steps to return the merchandise.
Return by Shipping
Pack the item securely in the original packaging. Include all contents of the original package such as manuals, discs, cables, etc. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the condition they are returned in.
In the package, place a copy of the packing list that came with your order. Keep the original packing list for your records. If you do not have the packing list, you will need to include the following information:
- Order Number
- Billing Name
- Billing Address
- Ship your return to our Distribution Center. We recommend the Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. All shipping charges must be prepaid and the shipment must be insured for the full value of the merchandise being returned.
